Before succumbing to Parkinson’s disease in 2020, Penni Danielle Tinsley had been on a mission. She displayed a consistent work ethic and sense of commitment that drove her to take “the road less traveled”. She pursued her passions in athletics, acting, and modeling, combining family business acumen with personal creativity.
Penni graduated top of her class and won numerous national AAU awards for Synchronized Swimming. Penni’s skill, knowledge, and sense of commitment caused her to stand out.
Even while combatting her health issues, this beautiful, sensitive and talented young lady managed her responsibilities as Secretary of Tinsley Family Concessions while nurturing her own company, P 4:13.
